Reservation deposit

The deposit reserves the seat and start date, with a maximum of 3 students per time slot. It is 100% refundable within 3 business days after signing. After that, it is nonrefundable but may be transferred once to another start date within 90 days. The full program price is owed by the end of the program.

Refund policy summary

  • Within 3 days of signing and before the start: 100% of payments, including the deposit.
  • Before the first session after 3 days: total paid minus the reservation deposit.
  • Up to 25% of the program completed: 75% of unused balance.
  • 26–50% completed: 50% of unused balance.
  • More than 50% completed: no refund.
  • Delivered assets, kits, websites, or sites are deducted at the value defined in the agreement.

Transparency

Every time accumulated donations complete the value of a course, that course is awarded to a student in need. The student learns the names of everyone who planted the seed, and with each donor's permission, the names are published.

The license path: direct and honest

Platinum and Diamond provide education and guidance toward an eligible South Carolina barber-license pathway.

  • The South Carolina Board decides eligibility, approved hours, examinations, and license issuance.
  • Students must meet the Board requirements, complete required hours, submit documentation, and pass required exams.
  • OJT may involve 12 months and 1,920 hours under a valid permit and required supervision; the Board determines what counts.
  • Course completion, a private certificate, coaching, or payment never makes a license automatic.
